Fish that are high in protein and low in fat include scallops, carp and crucian carp. In fact the vast majority of fish are high in protein and low in fat.
1. Scallop: 18% protein and 5% fat. Eating scallops regularly can moisturize skin and nourish hair. Most of the scallops are unsaturated fatty acids. The magnesium contained in scallops can protect cardiovascular and cerebral vessels.
2. Carp: 18% protein, 4% fat. Carp contains high-quality protein, the body’s digestion and absorption of protein may reach 96%.
3. Carp: 17% protein, 3% fat. Carp is rich in protein and easy for the body to digest and absorb. If the patient has liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, then carp is a better source of protein.
