What to do if the granuloma grows inside the eyelid

A wheal that grows inside the eyelid may be internal blepharitis caused by a blepharoplasty infection, which can be improved by hot compresses, anti-inflammatory treatment, prompt drainage of pus when there is abscess formation, and medication.
Blepharitis, also known as wheals, can occur when the blepharoplasts become infected, causing pain and swelling within the blepharoplasts.
Early stages of the disease can be treated with localized warm compresses to relieve symptoms and reduce inflammation, and antibiotic eye drops such as erythromycin drops. When an abscess forms, it is treated by making an incision perpendicular to the lid margin on the conjunctival surface of the lid to drain the pus. If the blepharitis recurs or there is a systemic reaction, it should be treated with systemic antibiotics such as erythromycin.
The growth of granuloma in the eyelid, can promptly seek medical treatment, follow the doctor’s instructions for the cause of the standardized treatment.
