High body weight = obese? Do not be mistaken, you think the fat is not fat

  For a girl, there is no more sensitive figure than her weight. The girl’s weight is the same as the boy’s salary, are secret, know the girl’s weight, is equivalent to choke the throat of her fate. Body fat percentage refers to the proportion of body fat weight in the total body weight, also known as body fat percentage, which reflects the amount of fat content in the human body. The body fat percentage for normal adults is 15% to 18% for men and 25% to 28% for women, respectively. Body fat percentage should be kept in the normal range. If the body fat percentage is too high and the body weight is more than 20% of the normal value, it can be considered obese.  Through BMI and body fat rate these two data we can generally determine the degree of obesity. For girls, having a good body is the first step to becoming beautiful. We all have the pursuit of beauty, but we should not be fussy and pay too much attention to appearance, if the body hormone level disorders and a series of metabolic diseases caused by excessive weight loss is not worth the loss. The pursuit of beauty is not wrong, but must be maintained on the basis of health to lose weight, after all, health is the best gift to their own.
