Clinically common occupying lesions of the liver are: hepatic hemangioma, hepatic cyst, cirrhotic nodules, hepatocellular carcinoma, etc. 1. hepatic hemangioma is a benign tumor most of which are congenital, less than 5 cm mostly do not need treatment and can be regularly monitored for changes in size; large hemangiomas larger than 10 cm and very large hemangiomas larger than 15 cm can be treated by surgery, embolization, radiofrequency, microwave curing, etc. 2. Cysts are benign lesions of the liver, mostly due to congenital bile duct development abnormalities, only 5% of liver cysts have compression symptoms and need treatment, which can be treated by windowing, drainage, resection, etc.; 3. Large cirrhotic nodules need regular review of ultrasound, CT, and monitoring of methotrexate; 4. Liver cancer is a malignant tumor that can be treated by surgery, ablation, radiofrequency, embolization, targeted drug therapy and liver transplantation. The less common occupying lesions in the liver are cyst formation of hepatic encystment, worm and egg masses of hepatic schistosomiasis.
