Just because you don’t feel anything after the blastocyst transfer doesn’t mean it didn’t work. Some people will have symptoms such as abdominal pain, backache, weakness and small amount of brown vaginal discharge after transfer, while some people will not feel anything. It takes 1-2 days for the blastocysts to implant and 3-4 days for the embryos on the third day to implant, and no later than 7 days. There is no direct correlation between the presence or absence of symptoms after implantation and the success of pregnancy. The rate of embryo implantation is mainly related to the quality of the embryos and the endometrial tolerance. If the embryos are of high quality, especially if the embryos are blastocysts, and the endometrium is well tolerated, with the thickness of the endometrium above 7mm, the transfer success rate will be very high. Therefore, there is no need to be disappointed even if you don’t feel anything after the transfer, insist on using luteal support medication, be patient and wait for a pregnancy test 12-14 days after the transfer.
