The efficacy and indications of Anluohua Fibrin Pill and Fuzheng Huayu Tablet are different, and they can achieve better efficacy when used symptomatically, there is no argument that one drug is better than the other. Anluo Huafen Pill has the efficacy of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the liver, cooling the blood and activating blood circulation, softening and dispersing hard lumps, and is used for chronic hepatitis B, early and middle cirrhosis after hepatitis B, manifesting deficiency of the liver and spleen, and stasis and heat interconnections, with symptoms such as pain in the ribs and coats, distension and fullness of the abdomen, dry mouth and pharynx, reduced appetite, and loose stools (stools that are not shaped, and a feeling of not having been discharged after passing stools), and so on. Fuzheng Huayu Tablet has the efficacy of activating blood circulation, eliminating blood stasis, benefiting essence and nourishing the liver, and can be used for the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis belonging to the evidence of “blood stasis obstructing the channels and collaterals, and the liver and kidneys are full”, with symptoms such as lumps under the wounds, pain in the coerces and ribs, dark complexion or reddish discoloration, soreness of the waist and knees, fatigue, dizziness and astigmatism, etc. It is not recommended to use this product if there is much damp-heat, as this is the most effective treatment for hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Use this drug with caution if there is much dampness-heat. Both of the above drugs are contraindicated in pregnant women. Patients should be treated symptomatically under the doctor’s guidance of identification and diagnosis, and should not use the medicine blindly on their own to avoid adverse consequences.
