What causes thighs to be sore in women

Women’s thighs are usually sore for several reasons: first, too much exercise, starting the anaerobic glycolytic pathway, which will release too much glycogen and mobilize the body’s ATP decomposition, which takes the gluconeogenesis pathway and therefore releases a large amount of lactic acid. The accumulation of lactic acid in the body will lead to sore thighs, especially in the bones and the relative density of the thighs, soreness is particularly significant. Second, too much exercise and incorrect exercise methods, resulting in rhabdomyolysis, will also produce thigh pain. Third, heat exhaustion, heat cramps and pyrexia can also lead to thigh pain when heat stroke occurs. Fourth, local infectious factors, such as local cellulitis, can also cause surrounding redness, swelling, heat, pain, soreness and peripheral weakness. Fifth, women in menopause when endocrine disorders, will also cause thigh pain.
