Right ovarian cysts are cysts caused by changes in endocrine hormones in the body. Ovarian cysts on the right side can only be determined as physiological or pathological cysts depending on the time of the examination. If the examination is performed in the middle or late menstrual period, it may be a physiologic cyst, also known as a luteal cyst. It is recommended to review 3 days after menstruation clears and if it disappears it is a physiological cyst and will not affect your health. If the cyst disappears, it is a physiological cyst and will not affect your health. For example, if the review is performed 3-7 days after menstruation, there may be a pathological cyst. If the cyst is relatively small, under 3 centimeters, it is recommended that it can be followed up and observed because it is too small to perform surgery. If the cyst is relatively large, more than 3-4 cm, laparoscopic debulking of the right ovarian cyst is considered and intraoperative pathology is sent for laboratory tests to determine whether it is benign or malignant.
