There is usually no change in bowel movement in early stage of stomach cancer. Clinical symptoms of stomach cancer in early stage are not obvious, and there may be some symptoms, such as indigestion, stomach fullness and discomfort, which are easy to be confused with other gastric diseases, and generally there will be no change of stool character or bowel habit. If stomach cancer develops to middle or late stage, it is often accompanied by symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding, and some changes in bowel movement may occur, such as black stools. If patients have gastrointestinal discomfort with abnormal bowel movement, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals as soon as possible for consultation and relevant examinations, such as gastroscopy, pathological biopsy and relevant laboratory tests, to exclude the possibility of stomach cancer as soon as possible. If early gastric cancer is detected, patients should not take it lightly, and should actively cooperate with professional oncologists for treatment, so as to control the condition as soon as possible and avoid further deterioration of the condition.
