The most common is bacterial infection of the scrotal skin and the formation of folliculitis, which can lead to septic infection of the follicles in severe cases. Fungal-induced folliculitis of the scrotum is also more common and is often accompanied by the manifestation of fungal infections of other parts of the skin such as ringworm. Scrotal eczema is caused by allergic factors, this itching is often more intense, often recurrent and not easily cured, and the scrotal skin can also be thickened due to inflammatory stimulation.
