Efficacy of eplazole enteric-coated tablets

The main ingredient of epprazole enteric-coated tablets is epprazole, which is an irreversible proton pump inhibitor, and clinically it is mainly applied to the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Epprazole is an irreversible proton pump inhibitor of benzimidazole class. Epprazole selectively enters into the cells of the stomach wall after oral administration, and is converted into active metabolites to inhibit the enzymes related to the secretion of gastric acid (H+-K+-ATPase), which can produce the effect of acid inhibition. Duodenal ulcer arises mainly due to excessive secretion of gastric acid, therefore, eplazole enteric-coated tablets are mainly used for the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Common adverse reactions to this product include dizziness and headache, diarrhea, etc. Note that it is contraindicated in people who are allergic to epprazole and other benzimidazoles. Due to the lack of clinical trial data for people with hepatic and renal insufficiency, it is contraindicated for people with hepatic and renal insufficiency. This product should be used in accordance with medical advice.
