Hard lumps in the breasts during pregnancy are not normal and can be considered as a sign of breast fibroids or breast enlargement. Normally, breasts are soft and do not have hard lumps or painful manifestations. The cause of hard lumps in the breast during pregnancy should also be alerted and can be clarified by first going to the hospital for an ultrasound examination of the breast. Smaller breast fibroids, which are not normally palpable, can be stimulated by hormonal secretion after pregnancy, leading to a gradual increase in breast fibroids, which can be felt as hard lumps in the breast when touched by hand. If the patient already has a breast enlargement lump, the secretion of estrogen gradually increases after pregnancy, and the breast ducts will be significantly enlarged in early pregnancy, and the stroma around the breast ducts will be edematous, causing symptoms of compression, resulting in the enlargement of the lump and causing pain. During early pregnancy, pregnant women are prone to breast enlargement with swelling, pain and discomfort.
