Reflux esophagitis grade LA-A refers to reflux esophagitis grade A, which is one of the milder grades. Patients can be treated with medication, thus improving the symptoms of the disease and quality of life. In our country, it can be graded by what can be seen under the endoscopic view of the esophageal mucosa, and the different grades represent the severity of the disease. In the case of reflux esophagitis grade LA-A, the presence of 1 or more areas of redness and erosion of the mucosa in the form of dots and stripes, with a long diameter of <5 mm, is considered mild. Patients may experience reflux, heartburn, chest pain, epigastric pain, and belching. Once diagnosed with reflux esophagitis, patients need to take oral acid-suppressing drugs, such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, etc., or oral gastric power-promoting drugs, such as domperidone, itopride, mosapride, etc., under the guidance of doctors. Most patients can improve their prognosis with standardized treatment. During the treatment period, patients with reflux esophagitis need to avoid strenuous exercise, maintain sufficient rest time, and do not stay up late for a long time.
