Bone spurs have different clinical symptoms due to different parts of the body. Common bone spurs are spinal bone spurs, heel bone spurs, knee joint spurs, wrist joint spurs and so on. 1. Spinal spurs: Spinal spurs include lumbar spurs, cervical spurs and thoracic spurs. Among them, lumbar spurs and cervical spurs are more common. Heel bone spurs: pain in the heel or sole of the foot, aggravated by pain when walking, often accompanied by pins and needles pain. 3. Knee spurs: Swelling and pain in the knee joints, aggravated by pain when walking or moving, which can be improved after resting. The pain is aggravated when the disease is serious, accompanied by functional limitation of the knee joint. 4. Bone spur of wrist joint: the affected part often has pain, swelling, numbness of fingers with pins and needles sensation, and in severe cases, the joint activities can be impaired.
