Cervical hypertrophy: cervical cysts can be seen in cervical hypertrophy, most of the surface of the cervix is smooth, cervical cysts of different sizes are seen on the surface of the cervix, the cystic fluid is mostly transparent, and partly due to the combination of infections, turbid purulent fluid can appear. The cysts are as small as the size of a grain of rice, and the large ones are about 1cm in diameter. 2. Decrease in cervical elasticity: when cervical cysts are located deep in the cervix, the cervix may become enlarged, hard and less elastic. 3. Increase in vaginal secretion: If cervical cysts are caused by inflammation blocking the cervical glands, it can be manifested as an increase in vaginal secretion, which is yellowish in color, and the stimulation of the vulva by the secretion can cause itching of the vulva.
