Ophthalmography involves fully dilating the pupil of the eye and injecting contrast from the anterior elbow vein. After the contrast enters the anterior elbow vein and enters the fundus vessels through the blood circulation, the process of fundus photography is performed through the pupil, and the photography process takes about 10-20 min, and the whole process is performed in the sitting position. Fundus fluoroscopy is a common test in ophthalmology. Through fundus fluoroscopy, we can find out whether there is obstruction of retinal arteries and veins, whether there is leakage of blood vessels, whether there is edema in the macula, whether there is hemorrhage in the fundus, whether there is neovascular growth, whether there is retinal detachment, whether there is no perfusion area, and fundus fluoroscopy is also a characteristic indicator of fundus laser treatment.
