Alveolar lung adenocarcinoma is usually grade II. Lung adenocarcinoma is generally categorized into grade 1, 2 and 3, representing low risk, intermediate risk and high risk respectively, with grade 1 being mainly adenomatous, grade 2 being mainly alveolar and grade 3 being mainly papillary; alveolar lung adenocarcinoma may be related to factors such as smoking and pollution of working and living environments, and is usually manifested by symptoms such as oedema of face and neck, coughing, chest pain and so on. Generally, alveolar lung adenocarcinoma can be treated by lobectomy, which exposes lung tissues and removes diseased lung lobes by making incision between ribs, and at the same time puts drainage tubes to direct air and fluid in pleural cavity, and then closes the chest cavity and sews up the skin so as to achieve the therapeutic effect, and it can be treated by segmental resection and wedge resection, and so on. This disease is highly specialized, should be timely to the regular hospital, under the guidance of the doctor to determine the specific treatment plan, and actively cooperate with the treatment to avoid deterioration of the condition.
