How to regulate hyperandrogenism in men

The first thing to do is to identify the cause of hyperandrogenism in men and then treat the cause. It may be caused by testicular tumor, adrenocortical hyperplasia, which can be treated by drugs or surgery.
1. Testicular tumors: such as testicular interstitial tumors can over secretion of androgens, patients need to cooperate with physicians, may require surgical resection of the tumor treatment.
2. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia: adrenal glands can secrete a little androgen, in this case, glucocorticoids can be supplemented, such as hydrocortisone, cortisone acetate and so on, to inhibit the level of androgen in the body.
Boys who are found to have high levels of androgens in laboratory tests are advised to seek medical attention and follow the doctor’s instructions.
