Dynamic intestinal obstruction is a colloquial term for what is clinically known as paralytic intestinal obstruction. Paralytic intestinal obstruction is mainly caused by the lack of peristalsis of the intestinal tube, the intestinal contents can not pass smoothly, thus appearing obstruction symptoms. In the clinic, the common causes of paralytic intestinal obstruction mainly include two categories: the first category, after the patient anesthesia surgery, in the short term, because the anesthesia drug is still not metabolized, which leads to the weakening of intestinal peristalsis function and the emergence of paralytic intestinal obstruction. Generally, after 2-3 days, the anesthesia drug is completely metabolized, the intestinal peristalsis function can be restored, and the paralytic intestinal obstruction can be cured. The second category, because of intra-abdominal infection inflammation, or even diffuse peritonitis, bacterial toxin stimulation leads to intestinal peristalsis weakness, thus causing paralytic intestinal obstruction. Treatment of the primary cause, or even surgery, is usually required to achieve a cure.
