Many parents do not know what endocrine disorders in children actually include. Endocrine diseases mainly refer to metabolic diseases such as diabetes and diseases of the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and gonadal glands.
Children should be alerted to endocrine diseases if they have the following conditions.
Growth and development significantly lag behind their peers, as shown by

12, hypertension, hypokalemia, weakness, nocturia – primary aldosteronism
13, a variety of endocrine system diseases from pituitary gland, thyroid gland, adrenal gland to gonad can lead to infertility in men and women in adulthood, and those with infertility, including delayed sexual development, menstrual disorders or amenorrhea in women, should be examined first.
