Does skin cancer itch?

The early symptoms of skin cancer are changes in the skin, which may be localized itching, burning pain or pressure pain. However, itchy may not necessarily be skin cancer, and diagnosis needs to be made by other parameters. The common symptoms of skin cancer are easy bleeding, ulcers, combined infection with pus, with bad odor and pain. If the skin color has brown, black, red or white, etc., the appearance of color change needs to be alerted. The tumor appears often jagged changes, spreading and expanding in all directions or degenerating on its own. The surface is not smooth, rough with scaly or flaky desquamation, sometimes with oozing or bleeding. The skin around the lesion may appear edematous and lose its original skin luster. Firstly, surgical excision should be the first choice of treatment, and the lesion should be removed as much as possible when conditions allow, and secondly, traditional Chinese medicine, such as Eupatorium rhodesiense pills, Guixiang spleen soup, Liu Wei Dihuang Tang, Angelicae drink, etc., can be used as evidence-based treatment. At the same time, taking ginsenoside, which has anti-cancer effect, can help to improve immunity and control the disease. In daily life and work, avoid long-term exposure to harmful chemicals, such as asphalt, tar, benzopyrene and other chemicals, which have strong carcinogenic properties, and make sure to do effective labor protection when necessary. Ultraviolet radiation can also induce skin cancer, to prevent long time skin exposure, if work under the sun for a long time, such as farmers, fishermen and field workers, when working or playing outdoors, try to apply some sunscreen items. Early symptoms of skin cancer may only be local infiltration, so early detection and early treatment should be carried out to avoid missing the best treatment time and prevent the spread of cancer cells and delay treatment.
