Will the uric acid go down when the lipids go down?

Uric acid does not necessarily come down when blood lipids come down; they are different indicators and are affected by different mechanisms.
Dyslipidemia generally refers to elevated serum levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and lowered levels of HDL cholesterol. Lipids can be reduced to some extent through the use of lipid-lowering drugs, low-fat diets, and lifestyle modifications.
Uric acid is a metabolite of purine, and elevated uric acid is mainly related to excessive uric acid production and decreased uric acid excretion.
Lipid-lowering drugs generally do not affect the production and metabolism of uric acid, low-fat diet or exercise will not reduce uric acid production or increase uric acid excretion. Uric acid is lowered mainly through the use of uric acid-lowering drugs and a low purine diet.
Hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia are two different diseases, it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of the physician standardized treatment.
