How to self-test for spinal curvature

Spinal curvature can be self-tested by looking in a mirror and observing it from the front. 1. Looking in the mirror: First, two mirrors are needed, one in front of the self-tester and the other behind him/her, with the one behind being larger than the one in front. Ask the self-test, legs together, the body to remain upright. Through observing the mirror in front, check whether there is any curvature of the spine in the case of uprightness. 2. Frontal observation: Observe the height of the right and left shoulders in the frontal upright position, and whether the back is equal when bending at 90 degrees; if it is not equal, the spine may be curved. Self-measurement of spinal curvature, with certain limitations and accuracy, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in a timely manner, for examination and treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
