Can azotemia be cured?

The azotemia stage is caused by chronic renal failure that develops to the middle stage, and the failure is irreversible, so it cannot be cured.
In azotemia period, the kidneys have lost the ability to compensate, then the urea nitrogen or creatinine in the blood will be elevated, but not yet to the uremia stage.
This is due to the loss of compensation of kidney function, and cannot realize the purpose of cure, but still need active treatment, the main means of treatment is renal replacement therapy, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Although azotemia cannot be cured, if it is not actively treated, it will gradually develop into uremia stage, so even if it cannot be cured, it still needs to be treated. Azotemia must be treated in regular hospitals.
