Kidney salt crystals refer to organic salt crystals that form inside the kidney and refer to very small stone components, but this condition cannot yet be called a stone. If you have poor living and eating habits, are not willing to drink water or are in a relatively high heat or humid environment, these crystals will further precipitate inside the kidneys, and many of them will coalesce together, thus forming stones.
