If the ultrasound suggests poor endometrial continuity, it is likely to be due to uterine adhesions. If you have had a previous curettage or multiple abortions and have decreased menstrual flow or dark menstruation after the abortion procedure, you may have uterine adhesions, which usually require hysteroscopy to confirm the diagnosis. If there is no fertility requirement, the test result does not require additional treatment, and observation of menstrual flow is sufficient. If you have fertility requirements in the future, the test results will probably affect future pregnancy or cause embryonic abortion or fetal miscarriage after pregnancy. It is recommended to separate the uterine adhesions under hysteroscopy, and after separation, high-dose estrogen supplementation to restore the morphology of the uterine cavity and the thickness of the endometrium before getting pregnant.
