Heavy heartbeat is usually divided into physiological factors and pathological factors. Pathological factors commonly include atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats and other cardiac arrhythmias, anemia, infections, hyperthyroidism and so on.
1. Physiological factors: such as emotional tension and anxiety, late at night, fatigue, exercise, sympathetic and parasympathetic disorder, there will be a heartbeat aggravated feeling.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Arrhythmia: such as atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats and other arrhythmias, the heart rhythm is abnormal, the patient will be conscious of the feeling of leakage of the heartbeat or feel that the heart beats excessively, which can be clarified by electrocardiogram.
(2) Others: severe anemia, infection, hyperthyroidism, etc., can cause tachycardia, and the patient may feel that the heartbeat is getting heavier.
