Bilobar pulmonary herpes can be treated conservatively, surgically, etc., depending on the patient’s condition.
Pulmonary blisters are air-containing cystic cavities with a diameter of more than 1 cm formed by the rupture of alveolar walls due to various reasons, which are often secondary to chronic tracheopneumonia, tuberculosis, emphysema and other diseases.
For patients with no obvious symptoms, if there is primary disease, anti-infection and anti-tuberculosis treatment can be carried out for the primary disease, commonly used drugs include cefuroxime, ceftazidime, levofloxacin, isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin and so on, and there is no need to carry out special treatment for the pulmonary blisters.
Surgery can be performed for those with spontaneous pneumothorax caused by rupture of pulmonary blisters, or those with large size of pulmonary blisters compressing lung tissues, or those with recurrent infections of pulmonary blisters. Lung blisters can be removed completely under thoracoscopy, and for those that are difficult to remove completely, the walls of the lung blisters can be cut directly and the edges can be sutured.
The appearance of bilateral lung blisters, it is recommended that patients seek timely medical treatment, follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
