How to achieve 100% contraception

There is no contraceptive method that can achieve 100% contraception, there are more contraceptive methods and different contraceptive methods have different success rates. At present, the available contraceptive methods include intrauterine device, hormonal drug contraception, instrumental contraception, safe period contraception, tubal sterilization and so on. 1. Intrauterine device (IUD): IUD is placed in the uterine cavity to interfere with the fertilized egg implantation, which is the main method of contraception at present, but there is a certain probability of pregnancy with the device. 2. Hormonal drugs: including long-acting or short-acting oral contraceptives, subcutaneous implants and so on, can inhibit ovulation and so on so as to achieve contraception, but the contraceptive effect is less than 100%, and there may even be some complications, such as irregular vaginal bleeding and so on. 3. Instrumental contraception: such as penis condom, etc., due to the possibility of condom rupture, fall off, etc. and lead to contraceptive failure, usually the correct use of penis condom successful contraceptive rate of about 93% to 95%. 4. Safe period contraception: It is a contraceptive method to avoid sexual intercourse during the ovulation period by calculating the ovulation period of women, because the ovulation period is not completely fixed, so this contraceptive method is not reliable. 5. Tubal Sterilization: It is a contraceptive method by blocking the fertilization process and has a higher success rate. However, if the ligation threads fall off or come loose, it may lead to contraceptive failure. If patients need contraception, they can consult their doctors and choose a suitable contraceptive method under their doctor’s guidance.
