Poria, red beans, Job’s tears can be used as Chinese herbs, the three taken together, for spleen deficiency and diarrhea, edema and urinary deficiencies and other conditions have a certain effect.
1. Poria: the dried fungus Poria cocos of the Poriaceae family, with diuresis (promote the operation of water to dispel dampness), spleen, heart effect, can be used for edema and urinary deficiency, spleen deficiency with little food, loose stools (feces sparse and not shaped) diarrhea, restlessness of the heart and mind, palpitations and insomnia and other conditions of the treatment. Cold and slippery or qi deficiency sinking people should not be served.
2. red bean: red bean, for the legume red bean or red bean dry mature seeds, with water, swelling, detoxification pus effect. Used for edema, jaundice, urine and red, rheumatism and heat paralysis (often manifested as joints and muscles burning, pain, redness and swelling, etc.), carbuncles and swellings (by the qi and blood by the evil and poisonous and congestion, resulting in the symptoms of localized swelling) and other medical conditions of treatment.
3. Job’s tears: Coix lacryma, the dried mature seed kernel of the plant Coix lacryma, with diuresis, spleen and diarrhea, etc., can be used for edema, dysuria (dysuria), diarrhea, dampness paralysis (wind-cold and dampness attack on the tendons, spasm of the limbs, convulsions) and other conditions of the treatment. Spleen deficiency without dampness, dry stools and pregnant women should be cautious.
