A little bit of fibroplastic foci in both lungs is a little bit of fibroplastic lesions that can be seen in both lungs when you have a chest CT or a chest frontal view. Fibrotic foci are fibrotic lesions left behind by necrosis of lung tissue. A little fibroplasia in both lungs is mostly formed after lung inflammation or foreign body stimulation or local damage, which is the leftover manifestation of the healing of the lesion, and usually there is no special discomfort, and there is no need for treatment. A small number of patients may have secondary tuberculosis, fever, night sweats, fatigue, lethargy, cough, etc., then need to be further consultation, examination and appropriate anti-tuberculosis treatment.
