The causes of dizziness without rotation are generally considered to be caused by cervical spine disease, high blood pressure and anemia.
1. Cervical spine disease: it may be caused by prolonged sitting or sleeping in a bad posture, resulting in cervical spine osteophytes, deformation and degradation, leading to vertebral artery compression, inducing insufficient cerebral blood supply, causing dizziness symptoms, and generally do not rotate.
2. Hypertension: When blood pressure rises or fluctuates significantly, it may lead to changes in the perfusion of cerebral tissues, causing dizziness, but generally does not appear to rotate.
3. Anemia: Due to the decrease of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrying capacity is insufficient, which can also cause dizziness, mostly accompanied by fatigue and pallor, and usually does not cause rotation.
In addition, we can not rule out that there are other factors that can cause dizziness but no rotation phenomenon, it is recommended that patients go to the regular hospital to improve the relevant examination and standardized treatment.
