Stage III syphilis is generally incurable.
Stage 3 syphilis is caused by the advanced stage of syphilis, in which a variety of organs in the patient’s body will be invaded by the syphilis spirochete, causing the function of different organs to be impaired, for example, invasion of the brain and the spinal cord will cause neurological syphilis. Although timely treatment can prevent the disease from worsening, the damage caused by syphilis spirochetes to the cardiovascular system and nerves cannot be reversed.
In order to prevent the emergence of stage 3 syphilis, if you are diagnosed with syphilis, or if there are suspected symptoms, you should go to the hospital in time for diagnosis and treatment, and regular review during treatment to avoid recurrence of the disease.
