Symptoms of early pregnancy: Firstly, if menstruation is very regular, there will be a history of menopause; secondly, you will feel swelling and pain in the breasts, discomfort in the lower abdomen, and an increase in nocturnal urination, i.e., frequent urination. Early pregnancy reactions vary according to individualization, such as nausea, vomiting, and even loss of appetite; some have no reaction at all, while others can be very serious. In early pregnancies where nausea is severe, we will do further blood tests to rule out some abnormal pregnancies, such as gravidas. Because of the high HCG, this patient will have a heavier reaction than a normal early pregnancy. So if the reaction is very severe, we suggest to go to the hospital for examination first.
