If an abscess is formed in a relatively superficial part of the body, the healing is generally poor without incision, but clinically, for some small abscesses, the pus can be completely sucked out by the method of needle aspiration, and the residual less pus can be gradually absorbed and healed on its own, and a puncture needle can be applied to puncture the abscess at the position where the fluctuation of the abscess is more obvious, and then the pus inside the pus cavity can be completely extracted out, and the pus can be pumped out, and a certain amount of saline or medication can be injected to rinse out the pus cavity after extraction. Inject a certain amount of saline, or drugs for flushing, so that the purulent exudate in the abscess cavity can be thoroughly aspirated, and a certain amount of drug concentration can be given to inhibit the growth of bacteria. Therefore, abscesses can be punctured and extracted by applying color ultrasound localization if they are not incised, and this method is more effective for some minor and early abscesses. For the serious and large area of infection, it is better to take abscess incision and drainage.
