In severe cases, blisters may occur, rupture to form vesicles or ulcers, and hyperpigmentation or atrophic scarring may remain after healing. The itchiness is obvious, exacerbated by heat, and the ulceration is painful. What should we do if we accidentally suffer from frostbite? 1, frostbitten limbs should be quickly warmed in warm water, the temperature of the water does not exceed 40.5 ℃, be careful to avoid scalding the unconscious tissues; 2, you can go to the hospital to use and physical therapy to dilate blood vessels to improve microcirculation to reduce swelling, to prevent secondary infections, and to promote the healing of the drug. Active prevention As we all know, the hands and feet and auricles are the end part of the human blood circulation, but also a good part of frostbite. After late fall, the temperature suddenly drops, and the blood flow in the peripheral blood vessels also becomes slow. When the temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, the subcutaneous arteries in the above parts of the cold contraction, venous reflux is not good, so frostbite occurs. Frostbite is also induced in some patients because of congenital mutation of blood vessels and narrowing of blood vessels resulting in poor blood flow.
