The interval between flushes is about once every 5-7 days. If the urine is cloudy, the frequency of flushing needs to be shortened to prevent obstruction of the line; 4. The urostomy tube needs to be clamped closed regularly to prevent long-term openness that could lead to atrophy of the corresponding organ, such as the cystostomy tube. If it is open for a long time, it may cause a reduction in the effective capacity of the bladder. Therefore, it needs to be switched on and off at regular intervals to prevent bladder contracture from occurring.
