Eating more vegetarian food can effectively prevent stomach cancer

Stomach cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, and men are more likely to develop this cancer than women. According to experts, digestive problems such as stomach cancer, gastritis, gastric ulcers, and intestinal cancer are mainly caused by eating too much animal food and processed food (so-called “processed food” is food with fiber, minerals, and vitamins removed, such as white sugar, white rice, and white bread). Usually carnivores need more gastric juices to digest the meat they eat, and their intestines are shorter so that they can quickly expel the decaying meat from the body. Many people love meat as much as carnivores do, but because humans do not have the innate functions of carnivores – our gastric juices are only half as acidic as those of carnivores and cannot digest meat quickly; our intestines are also much longer than those of carnivores and cannot expel decaying meat quickly. Therefore, experts believe that the first principle of health care is to eat more high-fiber plant foods, that is, vegetarian food. If it is impossible to give up meat, the diet should also be light and not too many kinds of food at each meal. Eating foods that are too complex is a burden on the stomach and the entire digestive system. For example, different digestive juices are needed to digest carbohydrate and protein foods, and if both are consumed at the same time, neither can be digested completely, which can cause the stomach to overdose. Food that is not digested completely also tends to accumulate in the intestines and decay, providing an environment for harmful bacteria to grow, which is one of the causes of cancer. So the best way is not to eat high protein foods with carbohydrates at the same time, for example, meat should not be eaten with rice or bread at the same time. Vegetables can be paired with carbohydrates or legumes, but fruits are advisable to be eaten alone. If you follow these principles, you will not put too much burden on your stomach, leading to indigestion and eventually causing various digestive disorders. It is best to eat some fresh, uncooked fruits, vegetables and sprouts at each meal. Their vitamins are helpful in preventing stomach cancer. One last thing to note. A long-term high-fiber vegetarian diet may aggravate damage to the gastroenteritis.
