The absence of endothelialization of the occluder may increase the incidence of thrombosis, fibrous tissue proliferation, and occluder migration after occlusion. Endothelialization of the occluder is the process by which endothelial cells grow on the surface of the occluder device and cover the device after occluder implantation. Endothelialization is closely related to the incidence of some postoperative complications of occlusion, such as thrombosis, fibrous tissue proliferation caused by friction between the occluder and the ventricular wall, and displacement of the occluder due to reduced fatigue resistance of the metal. The absence of endothelialization of the occluder increases the incidence of these postoperative complications. If the occluder is not endothelialized, it is necessary to go to a regular hospital in time, and according to the condition, the doctor will diagnose and treat the occluder, so as to avoid serious adverse consequences.
