Correct understanding of cancer WHO put forward the famous three 1/3: (1) 1/3 of cancers can be prevented. (2) 1/3 of cancers can be cured if they are diagnosed early. (3) 1/3 of cancers can be treated to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.
