The strong light spots within the breast are usually calcified foci. Some patients do physical examination of the breast, found in the gland with a substantial nodule, the nodule internal echo is relatively uniform, the morphology is regular, the border is clear, there is a complete smooth envelope, there is no strong light spot inside, such a nodule is often considered to be a benign nodule, such as fibroma. If an uneven mass is found within the gland, with irregular morphology and unclear borders, it is important to be vigilant and observe carefully to see if there are any strong light spots inside the mass. If small, clustered spots are found, malignant lesions are often considered, and the axilla needs to be scanned for metastatic, enlarged lymph nodes, and a molybdenum target can be done for comparison; it is best to do a puncture and perform pathologic tests to confirm the diagnosis. If a single strong light spot is found in the breast gland, and the glandular hierarchy around the light spot is clear, then it is often considered to be a simple calcified foci, which can be re-examined regularly to observe its changes.
