4. Acute upper respiratory tract infection: Acute upper respiratory tract infection can be caused by low indoor temperature or catching a cold at night, resulting in headache, nasal congestion, sneezing and other symptoms.

5. Secondary headache: intracranial tumor, hematoma, cervical spondylosis, glaucoma, sinusitis, etc. may cause headache at night.
