Objective: Through the clinical treatment observation of 60 patients with diabetic foot, it was found that tracerin has obvious therapeutic effects, which can shorten the healing time and promote the healing of wounds.
Clinical data.
1. 60 outpatients and inpatients with diabetic foot from 2006.7 to 2008.1, 35 male patients and 25 female patients, age 45-84 years, history of diabetes 10-25 years, onset time 2-5 weeks, all cases were selected from patients who could palpate the dorsal foot artery pulsation. Sun Qing, Department of Surgery, Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine
The changes of purulent discharge, redness and swelling, itching, pain and fishy odor at the beginning and end of the observation were recorded and scored according to 4 levels: none, mild, moderate and heavy. See Table 2.
2. Treatment method: 30 cases were divided into 30 cases in the healing cream group and 30 cases in the trauma group according to the randomization principle.
The trauma was routinely treated with nibble-like debridement, removal of dead bones, clipping of necrotic tendons, and alternate rinsing with hydrogen peroxide and saline.
In the treatment group, the exudate and necrotic tissues were first removed with saline when changing the medication. Then, depending on the size of the sore, apply a thin layer of tracerin and cover with sterile gauze, fixed with adhesive tape, once a day. In the control group, the sore surface was washed as above, and the appropriate amount of Trumpitol was applied topically, and then wrapped with sterile gauze and fixed with adhesive tape once a day for 15 days as a course of treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated in 3 courses (the average time of muscle growth and the average time of healing were counted until healing).
Criteria for determining the efficacy: refer to the Chinese medicine industry standard “Diagnostic and efficacy criteria for Chinese medicine surgical diseases” issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The ulcer surface is reduced less than 30% or no change, or enlarged, and the clinical symptoms are not improved.

4. Discussion
Diabetic foot (DF) refers to lower limb infection, ulcer formation and/or deep tissue destruction in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) due to combined neuropathy and various degrees of peripheral vasculopathy [1], and is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus, as well as an important cause of amputation disability, death and loss of life ability in diabetic patients. According to statistics, about 15% of DM patients develop foot ulcers or gangrene, which seriously affects patients’ quality of life. Tracerin can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers and has a certain therapeutic effect.
