The treatment of deep caries should exclude irreducible pulpitis or pulp perforation first, and then take the following methods according to whether the pulp is filled with blood or whether the soft caries can be removed: 1.Bedding and filling: remove the decayed tissue, clean the cavity and then bedding and filling treatment; 2.Pacifying treatment: for deep caries with obvious soreness, first pacifying treatment, and then filling after no symptoms; 3.Indirect pulp capping: for deep caries where the softened dentin cannot be removed at one time or the pulp-dentin reaction ability decreases and there is no obvious subjective symptom, first use pulp capping agent to pad the bottom of the cavity, and then filling after no symptoms.
