What is the difference between Prozac and sertraline hydrochloride capsules?

Prozac is the trade name for fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules, and the difference between it and sertraline hydrochloride capsules is:
1. Different ingredients: fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules are composed of fluoxetine hydrochloride; sertraline hydrochloride capsules are composed of sertraline hydrochloride.
2. Different effects: fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules are used for the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bulimia nervosa; sertraline hydrochloride capsules are used for the treatment of symptoms associated with depression, such as depression accompanied by anxiety, with or without a history of mania.
3. Adverse reactions are different: common adverse reactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules include allergy, headache, anorexia, nausea, etc.; common adverse reactions of sertraline hydrochloride capsules include dry mouth, excessive sweating, dyspepsia, and sexual dysfunction.
