Leukemia with small blood spots on the skin is considered to be possibly due to bleeding. 40%~70% of leukemia patients have bleeding tendency, and the most common manifestations of bleeding are skin petechiae, ecchymosis, and so on. 1. Leukemia is mainly caused by the inhibition of normal hematopoietic cell production, the most common symptoms are bleeding, anemia, infection, fever, hepatosplenomegaly and so on. 2. The cause of microbleeds: 40%~70% of the patients have bleeding tendency at the beginning of the disease, which may be caused by thrombocytopenia, damage to blood vessel wall, increase of anticoagulant substances such as heparin, or coagulation disorders, etc. Bruising spots on the skin, bruises, and blood seepage from the gums are the most common, and there may be nosebleeds, and women may have excessive menstruation. 3. Treatment measures such as transfusion of single platelets and plasma can be taken to prevent bleeding.
