Hair softening can be physiologic and pathologic. Physiological causes include untimely cleaning; pathological causes include basic consumptive diseases, improper care and systemic diseases.
1. Physiological: If the time interval between washing the hair is too long, the head will accumulate more oil, thus making the hair soft, which is a normal physiological phenomenon, without additional special treatment.
2. Pathological: If you suffer from basic consumptive diseases, such as anemia, diabetes, hepatitis or malignant tumors, etc., it will affect the function of various body systems, which will also affect the growth of hair and thus cause this phenomenon; improper care can also lead to damage to the hair follicles and thus make the hair softer, such as frequent dyeing and perming of the hair, etc.; and nutritional deficiencies and other systemic diseases can also lead to this phenomenon.
If this phenomenon is suspected to be pathological, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time.
