Vascular smooth muscle lipoma is mostly benign, but very rarely it can be malignant. The main attention should be paid to the protection of isolated renal function, low salt diet, caution in the use of drugs with renal impairment, high protein diet should be controlled, especially legumes, but should be appropriate for high quality protein, such as refined meat.
