What are the common symptoms of lymphoma?

Lymphoma is the most common malignant tumor of the lymphopoietic system, which originates from the lymphopoietic system and can involve almost all tissues and organs of the body. Lymph node enlargement: This is the classic manifestation of lymphoma. In Hodgkin’s lymphoma, superficial lymph nodes such as the neck are often enlarged, while in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, superficial and deep lymph nodes are enlarged. If you feel one or more painless lumps (swollen lymph nodes) in the neck, armpit, or thigh roots, seek medical attention promptly to rule out lymphoma. Extra-lymph node invasion: Extra-lymph node invasion is rare in Hodgkin’s lymphoma, while extra-lymph node invasion is more common in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The most common site of extra-lymph node invasion is the gastrointestinal tract, followed by the nasopharynx, and less commonly bone, bone marrow, skin, lung, kidney, liver and central nervous system. We usually see many patients with gastrointestinal symptoms such as gastric distention and gastroscopy, and the diagnosis of “non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma” is confirmed. Specific B symptoms: Patients with lymphoma often have systemic symptoms such as fever, night sweats, and weight loss, which are called “B symptoms”. Fever: body temperature often exceeds 38 degrees Celsius; night sweats: generalized moist sweating; weight loss: weight loss of more than 10% within six months. Therefore, if you encounter inexplicable “fever”, “night sweats” and “weight loss”, young and middle-aged comrades should be careful of lymphoma! Repeated anemia: About 1/5 of the patients with malignant lymphoma may have anemia at the time of diagnosis, and routine blood tests may show changes in white blood cells and platelets, and individual patients may have a significant increase in the number of neutrophils or lymphocytes. The pathological staging of lymphoma directly determines the prognosis of the disease. Early detection, timely diagnosis, and timely and reasonable treatment can be obtained.
