What is the top part of the chest

Above the chest is the neck, and in front of the neck are the thyroid cartilage, thyroid gland, and trachea, while a little to the sides there are the arteries of the neck, as well as the arteriovenous sinuses and lymph nodes. Then on the anterior lateral side is the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and on the posterior lateral side of the neck are the rhomboid and rhomboid muscles. Posteriorly there would be the core muscles of the cervical spine, as well as the bones of the cervical spine, thus forming the entire structure of the neck. If there is a lesion on the anterior side, most commonly a thyroid lesion, and if there is pain on the posterior lateral side of the neck, it is most commonly caused by a strain on the neck muscles.
